Twat? - PNS80 - 04.24.06

ROBO CHER opens the show. We have some patter and then stick our fingeys into the 'Conversation Hat'. We 'Munch the PO BOX', listen to a few 'Axe the Gaywad(z)', Geiger delivers a couple suburb updates and the 'Straight Girls' stop by and tell their story -- Oh, and 'The Minute' is back! xoxo, PNS.

I have to agree with Travis about Robotic Cher...I feel like she's going to become one of those mega-Godzilla monster characters and go stomping through Chicago and the MidWest! :)

My Dumps is a perfect Noah anthem.

And the freaking show starter by Alan Gentry! That was just awesome...Great work Alan!

As always you guys are the best...hope you don't get too much bad chatter about the Natalie skit.

Wonderful show!

I don't watch reality TV but I still love Geiger's updates.

His talk about spinning got thinking about the movie "Zoolander" and the scene where the main character talks about nog being able to turn left. It's a long while since I saw that movie, gotta rent it soon I think.

That song at the end *literally* was delightful. I notice Patrick was trying to hurry things along to keep the episode short but alas.

Please start playing the "hey there" theme song, or else I'm unsubscribing, you bitches!!

"We're Just Roomates" was the original idea for what became the Golden Girls. It was supposed to have starred Bea Arthur and Betty White, but Brandon Tartikoff didn't think a lesbian sitcom would fly at the time, so they added Rue and Estelle.

sunday mornings? I think this may mean no booze, which is terribly upsetting -- my faves are when two episodes are recorded in one night and the second one is OBVIOUSLY further through the bottle; Patrick is hilariously confrontational, Scott is super super chatty, and Noah, well, Noah is exactly the same (but he sings along to EV'RY'THING)...

Too fun! Geiger's updates make me want to watch TV. Of course I am too lazy.

And I had to laugh. I ended your podcast and went to Yeast Radio where Madge played the same song!

I love Geiger's update...but I would never watch the show...not into all that drama for ratings crap none as reality tv.

The line that killed me (on the tube no less--in public!) was, "The only baby you have to worry about is a FOOD BABY!" All hail Patrick!

(And I secretly kind of like it when they gang up on Scott--can we get some sound effects of whips maybe, make him moan a bit?)

For one night only, don't miss me, Natalee Holloway, starring with Chardra Levy in the musical Jews and Cheeze.
