I used to live right down the street from the Hoohaa Monologues theater.
Atlantic Beach is a city of fishermen, active and retired navy, middle aged beach bums, and pseudo hipsters.

Basically, it's hot, wet insanity and I'm never quite sure if I miss it, even when it's 12 degrees here in Shittaco.
